Playing as a regular player *************************** This guide aims to help regular players navigating the Digital TORC Game from a technical point of view. Note that it does not explain how to *play* the game. All players can take notes and create action cards starting from the awareness stage. Game round ========== Framing and setting the scene ----------------------------- *No particular action needed from players in this stage* Awareness --------- .. raw:: html There are no mandatory actions to be taken at this stage. However, the player may add action cards and take notes at this stage. To do so, they create "action cards", which then need to be selected by the players in order to be considered used. It is not mandatory to select cards at this stage. .. _grp_anticipation_sense_making: Anticipation ------------- During the anticipation stage, players discuss what measures they could use to reduce the risk associated with an event. To do so, they create action cards, which then must be selected by a player in order to be considered used. At least one action card must be selected in order to move to the next stage. .. _grp_feasibility: Decision -------- *No action needed from players in this stage* Monitoring ------------- In the monitoring stage, the players can add notes and create action cards. No actions are needed from the players in order to be able to end the game or start a new game round.
